This morning I have been working on an e-blast for customers to let them know that pressure rating of most fuel gas model flashback arrestors maxes out at 22 psig. I wanted to get this email sent so if any customers that go above that rating they know we can supply them flashback arrestors that are approved to the UL maximum allowable 50 psig for fuel gases (15 psig for acetylene).
Where do the current challenges and opportunities lie for the gases industry?
The gases industry is seeing many of the same challenges that most markets have been experiencing since Covid began. From shipping to lead times, to cost increases for everything from fuel, transportation, raw materials, wages and more, the challenges are many. Our focus has been to keep inventories up and lead times down, all while working diligently to keep costs under control.
