While the true cost of welding cannot be measured purely in terms of commodity and consumables prices, there are simple ways to directly impact these expenses through reduced consumption and waste.
One of the easiest cost reduction measures to implement is to prevent the loss of gas in daily operation. To do so, OEMs do not need to spend big on capital infrastructure and equipment. They simply need to control gas surges at the point of delivery. This is a commonplace occurance, but is extremely simple to rectify with a cylinder pressure regulator.
