Backwards extrusion, forward thinking: An interview with Cylinders Holding

Aworldwide pandemic hasn’t stopped Cylinders Holding from completing and commissioning two brand new and technically advanced investments in 2020. The Czech-headquartered company has introduced a fully automated and robotised production line for small capacity, high pressure cylinders, as well as integrated an automated, robotised welding, bending and cutting machine for a piping system.

“It’s the fully automated and robotised backward extrusion production for the future, offering a vast range of water capacities starting from four to 20 litres.. This line is so advanced that to operate the whole process, only two operators are required,” Martin Litvik, Commercial Director, enthused.

As for the company’s second addition, Litvik said, “We are committed to providing total satisfaction to our clients, delivering a complete engineering service from design to final product, its testing and certification, all in house. We have optimised a process fabrication by integrating an automated robotised welding, bending and cutting machine for a piping system. We can offer any storage includes the stabile or mobile bundles, trailers, ISO containers.”
