Cryogenic Industrial Solutions (CIS) has been busy diversifying its product and service offerings over the last couple of years. Organic growth includes new and repairs services for bulk, microbulk and liquid cylinders, as well as diversification into Nitrogen Services with the acquisition of Integrity Gas Services (IGS).
CIS has provided new equipment and rehabilitation services of cryogenic transport trailers and ISO containers since its subsidiary’s inception in 1993. After changing ownership in 2018, CIS quickly transitioned into providing additional new, repair and leasing offerings of cryogenic bulk tanks, microbulk tanks, microbulk delivery trucks, portable tanks and liquid cylinder repairs.
The cryogenic equipment provider’s next development was the acquisition of IGS in Q4 2021. IGS offers a wide range of Nitrogen Services solutions from locations in Houston, Oklahoma and Indiana. With highly customizable solutions, IGS provides any combination of nitrogen pumping, transportation, and mobile storage across the country.
