Cryotherapy, the act of exposing yourself to freezing conditions up to -230 degrees Fahrenheit for two to three minutes, is hot right now. Whole Body Cryotherapy, which achieves its Arctic chill through liquid nitrogen, is becoming increasingly popular in sports science, and has taken the method of ice baths to the next level as it helps athletes/players recover and heal from competition.
