Cryogenic transportation: Trends, difficulties and the latest technologies

The demand from the commercial, industrial and manufacturing sectors for cryogenic equipment for distribution and storage is directly affected by economic growth, with most new demand and business growth derived from the emerging markets as a result.

During such times, when a global pendemic wages war on the world as we knew it, it is of course difficult to think of such growth and buyoant economies. This perspective is, however, reflective of the market pre-coronavirus and how we all hope it will very quickly be once again. We continue to be here to support our customers – new and existing – during these difficult days with both knowledge and products and service.

Those cryogenic transportation products, as we all know, can be categorised under the modes of semi-trailers, rigid tankers, ISO containers, transportable tanks, microbulk tanks, liquid cylinders and dewars. Here we take a very quick look at what each of these include, before moving onto the trends and technologies driving them.
