McPhy Energy was founded almost 10 years ago (2008) to develop, manufacture and commercialise an innovative technology of solid-state hydrogen storage. Within just five years, the company had grown such that it was already enlarging its product offering to hydrogen generators based on water electrolysis.
Two years later, and by 2015 this budding enterprise was also able to offer its customers complete hydrogen refuelling stations for fuel cell cars.
It’s been a rapid growth trajectory for a company that is still yet to celebrate its first decade in business. Now known simply as ‘McPhy’ following the launch of a new visual identity earlier this year, the company is today able to offer complete solutions combining hydrogen production, storage and distribution equipment for the new usages of hydrogen.
