At a time when so much is said and written about digitisation and automation in industry, it is perhaps more important than ever not to overlook the human element at play in the gases industry, something that the European Industrial Gases Association (EIGA) is addressing this January.
EIGA’s Winter Seminar 2017 will be held in Brussels, Belgium on 25th and 26th January (2017), at the Le Plaza Hotel. Under the theme of Human Factors, this year’s winter session will cover safety cultures, behavioural safety observations, leadership, and incident investigation and prevention – drilling down into organisational, task and individual related factors that influence behaviour at work.
