Simply put, the technology produces gas from thin air and is proving to be a major hit with smaller-scale gas producers. Reduced footprints are freeing up precious site space and offering added flexibility by generating gas onsite at the touch of a button.
It separates out specific gases from ambient air under pressure. Under this pressure, gases are attracted to solid surfaces (adsorbed), and when that pressure is reduced, the gas is released (desorbed). So, the higher the pressure, the more gas is adsorbed.
