Ratermann Manufacturing, Inc., California-based supplier of cryogenic and compressed gas equipment, is thrilled to share its latest product from its KnowGas Technologies division – the KnowGas System.
The first ever, patent-pending system, enables gas distributors to know exactly what gas their customers have and need. Through automatic order generation, gas customers no longer have to pick-up the phone to reorder high-pressure cylinders and gas distributors don’t have to worry about shortages amongst their customers.
Throughout the system design process, Ratermann considered how critical it is for companies to maintain adequate gas supply levels. While all companies that utilize gas need a steady supply, some, such as those in the medical industry, simply cannot afford to have an interruption in gas supply.
