Dohmeyer designs and manufactures a wide and extensive range of equipment for all types of freezing, chilling, and temperature control applications. The equipment is designed for either liquid nitrogen or carbon dioxide (CO2) based upon the process and product parametres, the application, and the cryogen supply situation in a geographical location.
Over the past year, Dohmeyer has been busy redesigning and improving its cryogenic freezing equipment portfolio based on consumer feedback from a focus group that was put together in order to better understand today’s requirements and tomorrow’s needs for cryogenic food freezing equipment design.
As a result, Dohmeyer’s new and improved continuous, in-line freezing tunnel is now considered to be one of the most hygienic tunnels on the market today with features such as sloped roofs, sloped floors that run towards an integrated, heated gutter with drain outlets, and electrical cables that are integrated into the sidewalls of the freezer so that they aren’t exposed to the harsh conditions inside a food workshop.
