Thailand’s Ministry of Energy is setting the stage for the Future Energy Asia Exhibition & Conference taking place in December as the country gears up to become the ‘energy hub for Asia.’
The event is planned as a major initiative towards securing the path of Thailand’s energy 4.0 scheme. Taking place at Bangkok’s International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC), the event intends to be the perfect platform to foster the transition from traditional fuel suppliers to integrated energy providers for a more efficient and sustainable energy mix across Asia.
Future Energy Asia, under the support of the Thailand Ministry of Energy, promises to be the largest energy industry gathering Asia has ever seen. The event will be held from 12th-14th December 2017 at BITEC, Thailand, with more than 15,000 visitors, 2,500 delegates, 300 speakers and over 600 exhibiting companies expected to be in attendance.
Dr. Areepong Bhoocha-Oom, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Energy, Thailand, stated, “We are delighted to host Future Energy Asia 2018 and look forward to interactions with delegates for the continued improvement of the global energy sector.
