Thanks for taking 10 minutes out with gasworld. What have we interrupted in your schedule today?
We are in the middle of the commissioning and start-up of two plants for the production of of bio-LNG from urban waste. Each plant is producing 6 tpd (tonnes per day) and we have supplied biogas pre-treatment, biogas upgrading, biomethane polishing and liquefaction down to -150°C to be used as fuel for heavy transportation.
In line with our theme this month of Clean Energies, how is Hysytech harnessing its engineering solutions to advance the energy transition?
In 2008 we started our developments on process design for biogas upgrading. With our experience in industrial gas treatment, we were focused on finding the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO) – in other words, the best trade-off between CAPEX and OPEX.
