A-Gas Americas has bought Refri-Claim®, the reclamation division of ICOR International.
The acquisition is part of A-Gas’ aim of broadening its footprint around the US.
Refri-Claim, a certified Environmental Protection Agency refrigerant reclaimer, has a network of distributor-based exchange centres across the USA, which provide an over-the-counter refrigerant cylinder exchange service for customers.
A-Gas Americas Chief Executive, Monte Roach, said, “This acquisition is a part of our core strategy of managing the complete lifecycle of refrigerants for our customers. It will allow A-Gas to broaden its footprint and enhance its services’ offering to our wholesale partners, their contractors, end-users and other customers.”
