Valley National Gases Inc. has outlined its growth and strengthening of distribution lines, after announcing the recent acquisition of Mitchell Industrial Supply Inc., an industrial gases and welding supply distributor located in Indiana.
Serving customers throughout Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan, the Mitchell business is expected to integrate smoothly into the Valley National Gases set-up, as CEO Michael Ziegler notes, $quot;This acquisition fits well with our strategy of growth through selective, quality acquisitions. We are pleased to welcome Don Mitchell and Karl Johnson, former owners of Mitchell Industrial Supply, who have joined Valley and will manage our new Elkhart, IN Branch.$quot;
With headquarters in Washington, Valley National Gases operates over 75 locations in the US including 8 production and distribution centres in the eastern US.
