African Oxygen Limited (Afrox) has announced it has appointed Jonathan Narayadoo as Executive Director of its board.
Jonathan Narayadoo, 51, was previously General Manager of Afrox Merchant and Packaged Gases (manufacturing) Operations and a member of the company’s executive management committee.
As of 1st December 2009, he took up his new position as Executive Director.
Afrox CEO Tjaart Kruger said, “Jonathan Narayadoo has a wealth of experience in the gases and gas-related equipment industry and as such he will help strengthen our Board through his intimate knowledge of Afrox and the expanding industry in Africa today.”
Narayadoo joined the company in 1980 and during this time has held a number of senior management positions in Afrox and served, most recently, on the boards of the group’s various African subsidiaries.
