AIGCO completes phase one of new gas facilities at Zamil Steel

Zamil Steel Project with AIGCO (Arabian Industrial Gas Company) has recently commissioned the pipeline network and installed storage tanks for liquid oxygen, liquid carbon dioxide and LPG for Zamil Steel in Ras-al-Khaimah, U.A.E.

AIGCO claim that their considerable experience together with their dependability and craftsmanship will enable the new facility to handle a considerable capacity. The site is equipped with the latest, cutting edge technology available, and should manage a production load of 40,000 tonnes per year. This output will consist mostly of pre-engineered steel buildings, open web steel joists and floor decking.

Furthermore, the companies will continue to co-operate as Zamil Steel plans to use AIGCO to handle their needs through the second phase of this project, scheduled to be operational by the end of 2007. To support this growth in business AIGCO are also pleased to announce they have added two new 33KL tankers from Cryolor to their bulk fleet.
