Air Liquide has acquired an 80% stake in French refrigeration company Cryoconcept.
Founded in 2000 as a spin-off from CEA, Cryoconcept has 14 employees specialised in the field of very deep refrigeration using dilution refrigeration, based on the use of helium-3 and helium-4.
Announced today, the transaction will strengthen Air Liquide’s expertise, allowing it to offer its customers a complete range of products and services across the entire cold chain.
The transaction will also accelerate the development of Cryoconcept’s activities.
