Air Liquide has been awarded the ‘Mobility of the Future’ award for setting up extensive hydrogen (H2) networks around the world and its initiatives aimed at developing H2-powered electric vehicles and for setting up.
The Tier One corporation bagged the prize at the Trophées de l’Avenir (future-looking prize) ceremony that ‘Europe 1’ radio held in Paris on 12th December.
So far Air Liquide has designed and delivered a total of 75 stations across the globe, all capable of recharging H2-powered electric vehicles in less than five minutes giving them each a driving range of around 500kms.
