Air Liquide Electronics has replaced two Ion Science gas leak detectors that have been in service at its Dallas site in the US for over 20 years.
The new GasCheck G devices will be used daily at Air Liquide’s semiconductor manufacturing facility to check for gas leaks after high pressure cylinder changes.
The robust, handheld instruments feature advanced systems of microthermal conductivity for advanced gas leak detection sensitivity down to parts per million (ppm) level.
