Air Liquide is looking into the potential sale of its subsidiary schülke.
Headquartered in Germany, schülke is an expert in the hygiene and prevention of infection sector. With 130 years of experience, schülke has more than 1,200 employees in 22 countries.
The French corporation is currently reviewing different scenarios of the potential sale but says no assurance can be given that the company’s research will result in a divestment.
The process will be carried out in the framework of the relevant social processes and ongoing dialogue with the employee representatives’ bodies.
