Air Liquide US stalwart retires

Air Liquide Industrial U.S. LP (Air Liquide) has announced that Joseph F. Cacciotti Jr. has retired after a ‘distinguished’ career with the company.

After more than 40 years of dedicated service, Cacciotti, Jr. – product supply manager – retired yesterday (31st August 2015).

He began his career in the industrial gas industry as a plant operator trainee at Big Three Industries in Bayport, Texas in 1972. Subsequent to L’Air Liquide S.A.’s purchase of Big Three in 1986, Cacciotti was responsible for establishing and managing the company’s National Scheduling Centre, its centralised logistics and planning operation for the US.

A respected authority in all aspects of production and distribution, Cacciotti also served as a mentor to many of his colleagues over the years, freely sharing his knowledge and expertise.
