The growing Chinese polyurethane market is to be supported with a new JV.
Air Products has formed the JV with Chinese chemicals supplier Changzhou Shangfeng Chemical Industry Co to produce triethylenediamine (TEDA), an additive used to catalyze the production of polyurethane (PU).
The new entity will be named Air Products Shangfeng and will be based in Changzhou, China, to support the growing PU market.
