Air Products has hired Sean Major as its new Executive Vice-President and General Counsel (GC).
Under the new appointment, Major will bring 28 years of experience in international legal management, commercial and transactional, and compliance and regulatory experience to the Tier One corporation.
He joins Air Products from Joy Global, where he served as Executive Vice-President, GC and Secretary for almost a decade. Prior to Joy Global, he held a variety of roles in increasing legal responsibility and completed private practice with law firms in Chicago and Tokyo.
