The multi-million-pound upgrade to Air Products’ major industrial gas plant in Carrington, UK, has been completed.
The £30m ($39m) upgrade seeks to improve environmental performance, generate increased production and improve sustainability levels, allowing the company to support its growing customer base across the country.
Air Products installed a new, super-efficient 55-metre high cold box at the site in Manchester to manufacture liquid oxygen (O2), nitrogen (N2) and argon (Ar).
