Air Products & Chemicals Inc. has announced that it will expand its production capacity facilities in Kentucky and North Carolina by about 850 tons per day.
The expansions are intended primarily to meet demand from the company’s oil field services customers, as well as its electronics, metals manufacturing and food processing customers.
The company will increase the capacity of its Reidsville, N.C., factory by nearly 400 tpd by Q2 2008, and production at its Ashland Ky., facility by approximately 450 tpd by Q3 2008.
