Air Products named to InformationWeek 500

Air Products has been selected for CPM Media’s InformationWeek 500, which is a prestigious listing of the most innovative users of information technology in the United States.

Jumping to 17th overall, Air Products now occupies its highest ranking in its sixteen-year run on the list. Among chemical companies in the InformationWeek 500, Air Products ranked first of the 15 that were listed this year.

Air Products’ 2005 submission highlighted its growing role in continuous improvement within its global IT organisation that allows it to remove waste from several key processes. The result is its ability to dedicate more resources to value-adding innovation through IT solutions, while at the same time reducing costs.
