Air Products has opened a new, state-of-the-art specialty gases and helium (He) transfill facility in Ochang, South Korea.
The Tier One corporation will produce ultra-high purity specialty gases from 99.995% and above at the new plant including rare gases and mixtures, as well as packaged He.
Kyo-Yung Kim, President of Air Products Korea, stated, “Korea is an important market for Air Products, and we are excited about inaugurating this gas transfill in the North Chuncheong Province, which is a key region for our specialty gases and He business here.”
“It represents another step in the strategy to further strengthen our local supply capabilities and distribution network across the country to drive sustainable growth.”
