Air Products has earned a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index for the sixth consecutive year.
Published annually, HRC Foundation’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index measures corporate policies and practises related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.
The industrial gas giant’s effort in promoting a LGBTQ+ inclusive workplace earned Air Products a 100% ranking and the designation as one of the best places to work for LGBTQ+ equality.
