Air Products South Africa, the South African unit of US-based industrial gas conglomerate Air Products, recently opened a library in Phalaborwa, which will also serve the greater community in the Mashishimale.
This project was completed in conjunction with the Palabora Mining Company (PMC) and the Palabora Foundation and is situated at Lebeko High School, just outside the premises.
“It’s location makes it accessible to learners at the school as well as members of the surrounding community,” Air Products explained. “The building of the library is an example of Air Products’ corporate social investment (CSI) focus on the youth, education and making a difference in the communities in which they operate.”
