Air Products has launched a Female Engineers & Technical Associates (FETA) programme to support the next generation of female talent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the industrial gas giant has confirmed.
Launched on Wednesday (25th May), the programme aims to give participants the opportunity to experience a range of tailored job rotations with Air Products, including hands-on learning, as well as professional and technical development opportunities.
FETA was launched by Air Products in the presence of the Prince of the Eastern Province, His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; honoured guests from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MOHR); and the Saudi Council of Engineers.
