Industrial gas specialist Air Products has recently sponsored a programme that aims to benefit youths in lower economic communities by enabling them to gain skills in catering and confectionary.
The Sacred Heart College’s Aganang Skills Development Training Program in Observatory, Gauteng, South Africa, was granted a donation by Air Products to help make a difference in the lives of the youth, aligning to the company’s corporate social investment (CSI) initiatives.
In addition to its training programme, the college has also established the ‘Three2Six School Project’, an initiative that provides safe learning spaces and education to refugee children.
