Air Products has said it will support China’s new round of development, with a focus on the energy transition, as it looks to help the country meet its decarbonisation goals and lay the foundations for a cleaner future.
The industrial gas giant on Friday (17th June) formalised its efforts as it confirmed its attendance at this year’s Qingdao Multinationals Summit (QMS), themed Multinationals and China.
Co-organised by China’s Ministry of Commerce and Shandong Provincial Government, the summit marks an important annual event that is set to deepen win-win cooperation among multinationals and Chinese governments.
Hydrogen is set to be a key focal point for Air Products at the event, with the firm set to discuss its major hydrogen projects in the US, Canada and the Middle East, as well highlighting how the energy carrier can support mobility and industrial sectors.
