Airgas today announced that it has acquired Welding & Therapy Service, an industrial and medical gas and welding supply distributor with five locations in Indiana and Kentucky and annualised revenues of more than $10m.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Welding & Therapy Service’s locations in Louisville, Kentucky, and Bedford, Clarksville, Columbus, and Princeton, Indiana, and 51 associates joined Airgas’ Mid America region effective from the 3rd of March 2014.
“Welding & Therapy Service has been serving industrial and medical customers, including major hospitals, in Indiana and the greater Louisville area for more than 40 years.
