Airgas has today announced the completion of the sale of the assets and operations of Rutland Tool & Supply Co (a Whittier, CA-based Airgas subsidiary) to Lawson Products.
The transaction was completed 1 November 2005. Airgas is retaining its facility in Whittier, CA, where it also operates a major hard goods distribution centre and Airgas safety telesales centre.
