AirGen demonstrates its unique hydrogen generation system

AirGen Corporation will be demonstrating its novel technology for the controlled on demand generation of hydrogen at the National Hydrogen Association (NHA) Exposition to be held March 19-21, in San Antonio, Texas.

AirGen’s technology has the potential to replace conventional water electrolysis as the most prevalent method of hydrogen production not reliant on fossil fuels as the feedstock. The foundation of the patent-pending technology uniquely utilizes reactions catalyzed by nano-sized colloidal metal particles. In testing, both thermal and electrical energy sources have been used successfully to regenerate the metal electrodes. This regeneration feature is an important benefit of the technology and enables a closed loop system whereby the only consumables are water and energy.

The NHA Exposition will be the first public showing of AirGen’s technology as the company seeks investors to continue the commercialization of the technology. With the emergence of fuel cell technology in stationary and remote power applications, AirGen expects high demand for its hydrogen generation systems based on its new system.
