All Safe Global (ASG) has expanded its geographic footprint in the US with the acquisition of Thunderbird Cylinder, Inc.
Minneapolis, Minnesota-based ASG is a distributor of equipment and accessories for compressed gas delivery, beverage production, and fire suppression.
The acquisition Phoenix, Arizona-based Thunderbird Cylinder expands ASG’s geographic footprint and provides additional scale to the company’s growing business.
“All Safe Global’s acquisition of Thunderbird expands our presence in the western US and is an important step toward realising our vision of building a national network of cylinder requalification centres” said Matt Boettner, ASG President and CEO.
