American Welding & Gas (AWG) has acquired NFC Company.
Based in Chicago, NFC Company is a locally owned and operated brewing supplies company and therefore strengthens AWG’s presence in the food and beverage market.
Founded in 1949, North Carolina-based AWG is one of the US’ largest independently owned producer and distributor of industrial, medical, beverage and specialty gases.
Jason Krieger, President and CEO of AWG, said, “Today we have the pleasure of welcoming the Francis family and employees of NFC Company into our AWG family.”
