Gas detection specialist Analox has been awarded the highest, three-star honour in an independent assessment of its customer service levels.
Managing Director Mark Lewis commented, “The customer is at the heart of everything we do at Analox. We pride ourselves on working closely with our customers to design and manufacture products to fit their requirements as closely as possible.”
Criteria to clinch the accolade included how well Analox understood its customers’ needs, products and services that met said needs, as well as service and loyalty levels.
