Optimising gas analysis
APIX Analytics optimises gas chromatography (GC) systems in the affordable value chain from laboratory to industrial processes, and helps integrators with OEM solutions to explore gas compounds from C1 to C32, permanent gas, COV & BTEX.
Its technology is based upon the development and use of two miniaturised silicium-based detectors, with no flame µTCD & NGD (Nano Gravimetric Detector). This extends the possibility to explore the composition of samples ranging from light gas to heavy oil. Moreover, its micro-GC module family continues to grow and this allows the company to work even faster with either gas or liquid matrix, thanks to its new MRT100G and MRT100L module products.
Arguably the key product today for APIX Analytics is the ChromEx, a process µGC embedding up to four analytical modules. It can work in explosive environments with its ATEX/IECEX classified certificate and is also certified for natural gas HHV (or Hydrogen monitoring class IIB), bringing within 2mn the compounds analysis up to C6+. Combined with the new MRT100G module, the ChromEx200 can address natural gas custody transfer with only one compact analysis product with temperature ramp control.
