Arab Health exhibition brings in the crowds

Gas producers and equipment makers hit Dubai last month at the annual Arab Health Exhibition, the world’s largest healthcare event for the Middle East.

Among those attending were gas specialists the Arabian Industrial Gas Company and Global Gases, both of which showcased their range of medical gas applications.
First-time exhibitors IMT Medical also attended the show, and happily report, $quot;our stand was full almost all of the time.$quot; Business was brisk almost every day for the group which offers multi-gas analysers and calibration equipment, and Jennifer Singer the companys Marketing Director believes the show is crucial for new business saying, $quot;a lot of our dealers from the Middle East can’t make it to our headquarters so it makes it very important so we can meet in the middle.$quot;

Overall, organisers are delighted with 2007’s turnout of 2,200 companies from 70 countries exhibiting, and tens of thousands of visitors. Simon Page, Project Director, explains, $quot;It was an incredible show. Visitors from over 100 countries came to do business with a huge gathering of some of the most important manufacturers in the global healthcare sector. We were delighted with the turnout.$quot;
