ASCO Carbon Dioxide Ltd., a Messer Schweiz AG subsidiary, has announced a long-term agreement with HTC Purenergy Inc.
According to the recent agreement, ASCO has acquired 4.5m treasury shares in HTC, representing a shareholding of approximately 20%.
HTC Purenenergy Inc., located in Regina Canada, is an energy company with focus on commercial engineering solutions to gas processors, oil & natural gas producers, as well as other sectors.
ASCO specialises in CO2 solutions from automatic dry ice production machines, to vapourisers and cylinder filling systems.
