Atlas Copco has acquired CAS Products, a UK-based compressed air distributor and service provider.
Founded in 1983, CAS is a privately owned company and has approximately 12 employees located in the city of Bolton.
Now acquired, the firm will become part of the service division within Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique Business Area.
Vagner Rego, Business Area President Compressor Technique, said, “CAS has a strong market presence in the Northwest region of England and this acquisition will enable us to further develop Atlas Copco’s brand portfolio.”
