Atlas Copco acquires CPC Pumps International

Atlas Copco has today (5^th August) announced its acquisition of CPC Pumps International.

Based in Ontario, Canada, CPC Pumps specialises in the design, manufacturing and servicing of custom-engineered, mission critical centrifugal pumps.

At present, the company has 110 employees and serves North America is its main market.

Commenting on the acquisition, Vagner Rego, Business Area President for the Compressor Technique Business Area, said, “CPC Pumps is a very good fit because both its technology and market presence correspond well with our existing Gas and Process business.”
