Atlas Copco has acquired NATEV, the group confirmed today (31st August).
Based in Germany, NATEV develops systems for real-time positioning and imaging solutions in close cooperation with key customers in the automotive industry.
The company’s portfolio includes hardware and software used to monitor and error proof defined production steps linked to the tightening processes.
Now part of Atlas Copco, the business will be integrated into the MVI Tools and Assembly Systems Division in the Industrial Technique Business Area.
