Atlas Copco has acquired Provac Limited, an Irish vacuum distributor and service provider.
Based in Wexford, Provac is the Leybold vacuum distributor for Ireland.
Geert Follens, Business Area President Vacuum Technique, said, “We have had a successful partnership with Provac Limited since its founding in 1999.”
“Through this acquisition we will get the opportunity to better serve current customers and further strengthen our market presence in Ireland for the Leybold brand.”
