Atlas Copco has today (4th Jan) acquired the operating business of air treatment and nitrogen generator manufacturer Purification Solutions.
Operating under the brand name nano purification solutions, the privately owned US-based company has 60 employees operating in Europe and the US, and in 2019 had revenues of $30m (SEK 242m).
Commenting on the acquisition, Vagner Rego, Busines Area President Compressor Technique, said, “nano purification solutions is a respected company and well-known brand in the air treatment and nitrogen generation market.”
“The company’s expertise and product portfolio will increase our market share and accelerate our business development in North America, Europe and other strategic markets.”
