Swedish industrial solutions company Atlas Copco (Atlas) will see its Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, Håkan Osvald, step down from his position at the end of April 2022.
Having joined the Group as Legal Counsel in 1985, Osvald has held his current position since 2012.
Considered a dedicated leader and a valued member of Atlas’ Group Management, Mats Rahmström, President and CEO, Atlas Copco, said that Osvald’s long career has contributed to the company’s success, including more than 150 successful acquisition projects he has been involved in.
Continuing, he said, “Already in 1985, Håkan became part of the team that built up our business in China.”
