Atlas Copco Australia expands N2 generator offering with acquisition of Onsite Gas System assets

Atlas Copco Rental Australia has successfully finalised the acquisition of Onsite Gas Systems’ nitrogen (N₂) rental assets, encompassing both high and low-pressure generators and all associated accessories.

Under the terms of the agreement, the Oceania-based corporation has attained NGM 200 FF trailer mounted, NGM 4500 medium pressure contained and NGM 2000 HP high-pressure container N₂ generator packages.

Although financial details were not disclosed, it is understood that these additions will greatly expand Atlas Copco Australia’s current portable N₂ generator rental fleet.

Matthew Hobden, General Manager of Atlas Copco Rental Australia, explained, “The acquisition of the rental equipment from Onsite Gas Systems will increase our ability to offer our customers in the oil, gas and mining markets a complete N₂ rental solution to their applications.”
