Atlas Copco is strengthening its market presence in France, having today (28th Sep) acquired AEP, a Paris-based distributor of compressors and provider of service.
Privately owned, AEP has eight employees and serves a group of small to medium-sized customers in sectors such as manufacturing, food and beverage and automotive.
On the acquisition, Vagner Rego, Business Area President Compressor Technique said, “AEP has highly qualified service technicians and the company has for many years been a distributor of Atlas Copco.”
“By this acquisition, we will reinforce our commitment to better serve our customers and strengthen our capabilities for the growing market of small and medium-size companies.”
